1. Admission Policy

Admission to St. Paul School, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun is open to all children regardless of caste, creed, or religion, subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of admission criteria.

The school reserves the right to admit or reject any student based on the admission test, interview, or previous academic records.

Admission once granted is provisional until all required documents and fees are submitted within the specified time.
2. Attendance and Discipline

Regular attendance is compulsory. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations and participation in school activities.

Students are expected to follow the school rules, maintain proper decorum, and show respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students.

Misbehavior, use of foul language, or disobedience may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or expulsion depending on the severity of the misconduct.
3. School Timings

Students must arrive at school on time. Latecomers may not be allowed to attend classes without a valid reason.

Parents/guardians are requested to pick up their wards promptly after school hours. The school will not be responsible for students remaining in the premises beyond the scheduled time.
4. Fees and Payments
-
All school fees must be paid on or before the due date mentioned by the administration.

Late payment may attract a fine as per school policy.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the management.

Non-payment of fees for two consecutive months may result in the student’s name being struck off from the rolls.
5. Use of School Property

Students must take care of all school property, including furniture, books, and sports equipment.

Any damage or loss caused intentionally or due to negligence will have to be compensated by the student or their parents.
6. Dress Code

All students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and school functions.

Proper grooming and neatness are part of discipline and will be strictly monitored.
7. Health and Safety

Parents must inform the school of any medical condition, allergy, or health issue concerning their child.

In case of emergency, the school will provide first aid and contact the parents immediately.

Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, sharp objects, or any prohibited items to school.
8. School Activities
-
Participation in school activities such as sports, cultural programs, and celebrations is encouraged for all-round development.

Students must represent the school with discipline, respect, and a positive attitude during inter-school events.
9. Parent Cooperation

Parents are expected to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly to stay informed about their child’s progress.

Any concern or complaint should be addressed respectfully to the school authorities and not discussed in front of students or on social media.
10. School Rights
-
The management reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any rule or condition as and when necessary for the smooth functioning of the school.

All decisions made by the school authorities shall be final and binding.
